As architects, few things are more rewarding than seeing the general public use, enjoy and benefit from one of your projects. At St. Michael’s cloister courtyard this is apparent in the groups of friends who stop there for a coffee and a chat and at Reliance Arcade market it is the bustle of traders and shoppers on a Saturday morning. In both these cases getting the project built involved extensive work with client committees but also taking a role in the process of raising the funds for the building work.
