Regents Park offices and library
Conversion of a regency mews house into offices and staff flat for an art gallery
Our brief included the provision of a library space and offices with a staff flat in the upper floors. The building itself was in poor repair and required complete refurbishment. The most satisfying part of this was the restoration of the elegant staircase and removal of the partitions which divided it as it rose through the house. The client was keen to retain the look and feel of the original building in the office and library spaces and this was reflected in the design of the shelving and furniture.
The work was carried out in collaboration with Cheryl Knorr, interior designer.
